SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Canada: 3 - 5 business days.
USA: 5 - 8 business days.
International: 8 - 22 days.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES:
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
DAMAGES:
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

How do I sell or trade an item to the store?
We buy/trade vintage clothing from the 80s, 90s and 2000s era.
We also buy brand new or used streetwear items as well as brand new or used sneakers.
All inquiries can ONLY be made in-store.
We offer cash for your items however, we also offer store credits for your items that can be used toward trading for another item in-store.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.
Can I come see an item from the website in-store?
All items that are available on our website are also available in-store for you to come check them out in person.
In the item descriptions, it sometimes says "great", "good", and "decent". What do these mean?
This is the condition associated with the item after inspection. Please refer to the Legend below.
Excellent = No noticeable flaws
Great = Minor flaws
Good = A few flaws, may be slightly distressed
Decent = Many flaws, may be distressed
Please Note: Due to the nature of vintage clothing, vintage items are subjected to signs of imperfections from former wear, aging etc. and will not be 100% free of defects.
How do you measure the clothing for sizing?
Each item is laid down flat on a surface to be measured. All measurements are in inches. If you are unsure about sizing, we highly recommend you refer to the measurements in the listing and use them as a guideline. You can measure a similar item you wear for reference.
Tops:
Pit to Pit - measured from the left arm-pit to the right arm-pit
Length - measured from the seam under the collar to the bottom of the item
Bottoms:
Waist - measured from side seam to side seam
Inseam -measured from the crotch to the bottom of the leg
Length - measured from the top side seam to bottom of leg
